Purse Strap Belt
Here is another great find from the thrift store this week.
I L.O.V.E. the embossed design on the front pocket!!! I instatnly had a project in mind for that pocket.
After I got home and was showing my husband this purse and sharing my idea for that pocket I started thinking about the purse strap.
The strap is soooo pretty! I thought it would make a cute belt.
The purse also had a belt buckle on each side that the strap was buckled to.
I grabbed my seam ripper (my friend today) and got busy getting that buckle.
I sandwiches the purse strap between the buckle pieces.
Here's a side wiew.
Sew it following stitching holes that are there from being on the purse.
I really wish the purse strap would have been longer. I really want one for myself! LOL!!!
