Slipper Sew Along
I have had many people comment that they want to make the slippers I showed off earlier this week.
I thought it might be fun to all do it together.
Now that I've made 3 pairs I have a few tips and tricks to share with you!
So here is a shopping list of supplies you will need to make one pair of ladies slippers.
- Simplicity pattern 2278 (on sale at Joann's for 99c thru 4/2)
- 1/2 yard fabric for outside of slippers
- 1/2 yard fabric for lining
- 1/2 yard light weight fusible interfacing
- 1/2 yard fusible fleece
- 1/2 yard Jiffy Grip (I couldn't find Jiffy Grip so I used suede from an old jacket)
- 2" Velcro 5/8" wide
- 2 Buttons for embelishments
- Thread
The sew along will start on Monday April 11th
I want to make sure that everyone has enough time to get all their supplies.
Hope y'all have a wonderful weekend!!!!

I can't find jiffy grip either so i'll have to grab some suede. I have everything else. How does a sew along work?
