Is it a Bedskirt? No It's a Dress!!!

I had found this pretty Battenburg bedskirt at a yardsale a couple of years ago.  I had folded it in half short ends together and used it for the dust ruffle on my daughter's crib.  Now that she is in a big girl bed it doesn't fit.  I wanted to make Aiyanna a dress and though the fabric for this would be a pretty skirt part of the dress.  I added a pale yellow fabric underneath so you coud really see the cut out.  I LOVE the way it turned out!!!  I also made one for my store that will be coming very soon!!!
