I was thrilled when I received an email a couple weeks ago that I made the cut for

 

 I entered the Victorian Valentine outfit I made for Aiyanna.

After seeing all the entries {HERE} I really didn't think I had a chance. But with the awesome prizes up for grabs I had to give it a shot.

If you check out the entries you can see why I was thrilled to be chosen as 1 of the 10 contestants. There were so many beautiful entries!

So now I am working like a mad woman brainstorming and trying to get my projects done. I have Week 1 done and week 2 is in the works.  I can't show you yet.  You'll have to wait until April when then competition starts. It will be worth the wait!!!  I am making tutorials as I work on these projects so you will have the opportunity to make them yourself if you want.

In the meantime things will probably be a little slow here.  

I do have 2 tutorials to take final photos of and write up the tutorials so there will be some other sewing going on here.  I hope to have one of them up tomorrow.
